3rd Annual Port Tampa BaySlam Fishing Tournament

Port Tampa Bay’s 3rd Annual Fishing Tournament, dubbed Port Tampa BaySlam, is a one day,
5 species, catch and release bay-style fishing tournament focusing on the waterways in
downtown Tampa.

Similar to Port Tampa Bay’s Golf Tournament in the Spring and Anchor Ball in the Fall, the
Port Tampa BaySlam Tournament will be a fundraiser for several worthy causes including
each of the below establishments:

Charities/Causes:

Tampa Bay Maritime Scholarship Foundation – providing scholarships to
students in need seeking to further their study in maritime sciences and
maritime related careers
Tampa Bay Watch – Tampa Bay Watch is dedicated to the protection and restoration
of the Tampa Bay Estuary through scientific and educational programs
Seafarer’s Center – providing a home away from home and a non-denominational,
spiritual activity center for traveling mariners to Port Tampa Bay
